My company is said to have come out with a new construction practice/spec regarding self support/figure 8 cable.
I am being told that it is now ok to lash to this type of cable. I have not seen the actually specs for this but asked for a copy of it and should soon have it in writing.
We have the 109 self support and also the 1/4 self support.
I know how i feel about this new spec that i am being told about but just wondering what some other thoughts on this matter are.
I should have the specs in writing hopefully tomorrow so i should know more about it then.
