I cant say what I think about it I may break the some law hidden in the so called patriot act (patriot act my ass). I got some things to say but I'm tired of talking. Ever see that movie "Hang'em High"? Everybody needs to take a look at the link provided and do some serious thinking about where we stand, what the hell is going on and just how the hell did we let it happen.

The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team has spent 35 of the last 60 months in Iraq patrolling in full battle rattle, helping restore essential services and escorting supply convoys.

Now they’re training for the same mission — with a twist — at home.

Beginning Oct. 1 for 12 months, the 1st BCT will be under the day-to-day control of U.S. Army North, the Army service component of Northern Command, as an on-call federal response force for natural or manmade emergencies and disasters, including terrorist attacks.

They may be called upon to help with civil unrest and crowd control or to deal with potentially horrific scenarios such as massive poisoning and chaos in response to a chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear or high-yield explosive, or CBRNE, attack.

If that dont get your attention I dont know what the hell will but before you go runnin around acting crazy you need to read just whats in the patriot act because my brothers. YOU dont have any rights.

Many other parties have also been strongly critical of the provision. Russell Feingold, in a Senate floor statement, claimed that the provision "falls short of meeting even basic constitutional standards of due process and fairness [as it] continues to allow the Attorney General to detain persons based on mere suspicion
