I have a friend in Georgia that owns a hotel there, well the rooms have the double keyed deadbolt locks so he can lockout non pays...

well he locked a non pay room one day without checking inside. and he locked this guys old lady in the room (she wasn't registered there) and she broke the window out to get out.. and the Macon police charged him with False Imprisonment, the last I heard he has given his lawyers over 40k and fighting a 2mil civil suit plus facing 15 years.. so it sounds to me that the criminal will be the one that gets the justice
