Hey Jason.. I am not backing rick up in any way shape or form, He has chopped my head off many time ... but the KEY WORD he used was MAYBE and that is not slander or libel or he could of said YOU COULD BE A .............. and it's still not.. If he said You ARE a................. then that would be a case .. but again if you WERE a .................. then it is a public record fact and then again it is not slander or libel.
