I'm doing commercial VoIP installs for a private sector company and we charge $110 per data line run when wall fished. If running multi lines to one plate they will discount a little for the multi pull.
I use a magnetic roller once past the plate or top of wall and it takes no time at all.
Anybody that does a wall fish for $8 I wouldn't let any where near my home.
