There are more than one "Directsat" out there.
The one I am thinking of was good(for making sure you were paid)- they went through DSI and don't wn't you to make much money though as a contractor(they want to limit what you bill the cx $$$).
I do know that they offer employment as a w-2 as well- never done that with them/ never offered in my area.
