I won't work for free anymore I learned the hard way ...the "it all balances out" is just B.S.- it never does!
I have stopped doing dish installs for a while now......
That reminds me of the last LONG route I took with another guy....he was such a pansy.
He would practically beg (while wining- vocal tone) the cx for money for the extra $$$ ( he would ALWAYS cut our rate!) and let them walk all over him!
I said enough is enough! I spoke with the cx after that and more than doubled our $$ because I refused to do extras for free and valued my time(can't break even for extra time and work)!
