the bottom line is if the customer wants to drive to radio shack and buy the rf mod then you use yours to set up the tv and bill for the job. I think for the most part a customer will come up w/ 20 bucks. You have to tell your contractor that enough is enough. But I guess its the way I see it and mabe no one else. I will tell you that Ive been in this biz for a long time. And what I have found is if your a good reliable tech you can get away w/ whatever you want w/ your contractor. But you have to grow a set of balls and ask.
