What will happen? You will fail QC, IF its checked, clad wire is not approved. If you use it ... it will work fine. As for the ground blocks, remember sat is a low voltage system. If you skimp on 3MHz f-conns you might be costing yourself more work and money(thats the important one) in the long run.
