30 yrs ago postman was supposed to deliver the payroll! Called the P.O. and they said they had it as undeliverable! Asked 'em whaddaya mean. Guy behind the counter said a vehicle was parked in front of the mail box and their guys won't get out to deliver it if the box is "blocked"! Asked him whatever happened to the "rain, sleet, gloom of night" thing and he just laughed! Yes, it has been privatized for several years!
