first send a letter to the customer informing them you intend to file a lein on thier home, due to non-payment for work preformed.
give them the amount owed to you, to give them the chance to pay you. give them at least 10 days.
include your phone number and address so they may call you with questions.
go to the court house of the county they are in..fill out the paper work...pay the fee...wait for your court date.
