GTS pays every week....with the first one 2 weeks. So the Subs should also pay every week. And most do that I know of. Micor will pay every week if you become an in house employee. You are still a sub and they will take 4 cents a foot for being in house. Well that works out to, being conservative, 60 thousand a year they will keep for giving you insurance and workmans comp if you are a mediocre sweep tech. 4 cents times 10,000 feet is 400 dollars. you could do that on a good day and in 2 days if things weren't going right. So 40 to 60 thousand a week is not unreasonable. Times 4 weeks a month is 4800 a month they will keep for getting you paid once a week and giving you insurance. You will still pay for your own truck, housing and meter. Hmmmm. anyway they still pay. Otherwise they and other companies will pay 3 weeks out after they qc you complete work and that may be a week. so 30days anyway if you are lucky.
