Sorry I might be mistaking.. but unless you are a turnkey company .. the MSO buys the materials .. and when it comes to fiber, the MSO's name is printed on the jacket.. comcast,time warner,charter.. and I don't think that charter would want comcast labeled fiber ..sure I know that tons of the shorts are tossed.. .. so slay me ..I just made a statement..
