Wow. Crawlspace wallfishes aren't that hard. Just use a hole saw bit to create an opening in the wall at wallplate height. Stick a 5 foot bit down in the wall cavity and drill down. Go under, strip off some center conductor, stick it in the hole in the bit, go back and pull up. That's a 5 minute job.
