I have to ask, are you an hourly employee? You might not have seen a location that took an hour and a half to clear but he said it did and that is all I have to go on. You also have to take in account hauling the branches away, and loading them in your truck. If you are an employee you get paid for all of this. If there is no price on a contractor sheet why should he do it? I mean would you come over to my house and trim my shrubs for free? I know that climbing poles is unsafe. Who doesnt? Driving is unsafe but we still do it. Doesnt mean we got to drive 100 mph on a 35 mph street.
