Be careful what you wish for in Congressional help. The way the law is proposed to read you will have to hire someone who changes your oil more than once a year. It is a bad law period. If you are a good installer and work with your head you will find that people will work with you and let you off when needed weather you are in house or 1099 or a contractor.
