Thats why they call it LABOR DAY!!! Your suppose to labor. No you should get 1 1/2 time or double time wages. Life goes on some times you have to deal with it even tho its not right. My wife had to work today, she works for Lowes distribution as a coach, sure would have been nice having her home but the world still turns. She gets comp time she can take a day off now when she wants.
