Yes your right Nate. That is why congress is taking steps to outlaw these practices. I think it will effect installers more than anyone. If you are a contractor you do not have to work.. You set your own schedule. When I am working and do not want to work anymore, I stop. When I want to take 3 weeks off, I take 3 weeks off. The contract installers are truly employees in the eyes of the law IMHO. Good Luck
