thats funny you bring up tracking ammo purchases in sacramento california they now track your purchase of ammo if you dont legally own the weapon of that caliber they come get it if your a felon they come get it if you bought too much they come get it i just saw a news report of all the criminals being busted by this new process and it is catching on with law inforcement all over the country
