sorry i didnt answer the exact question sometimes if a company is upgrading or over building they have to re engineer to make adjustments for the extra load and sometimes we have whats called a go95 cleanup and that requires makeready like work to clear infractions caused by years of morons working on the plant both telco and cable and sometimes power hope that helps
