Re: Who does the make ready?

While working in California many years ago doing new build strand and make ready, I was given a walk sheet that would indicate height of attachment for Telephone and CATV, many times I was re-framin for telephone to raise or lower,upgrading telephone's downguys,ect. and I was doing a build for the local cable company
