Time For Some New Software

Whats up with the pics not loading , even the proper sized ones . Is there anything we as readers and posters can do to make sure our pics are properly formatted. I 'm sure once these storms come ashore there will be alot of pics posted . Thanks in advance for a responce. "WHITFIELD"
