Hello my fellow installers. The current piece rate of pay rewards speed and you know it's true. Speed and quality ultimately take different roads on the assembly line. This is fine when the contract can stay cut and dry. Customer service takes time. A salesman or a service provider is always working new or old clients. Cable companies, take a moment to think if you really want to hire a contractor. If you hire someone and then provide low quality to no equipment and hardware, you know you cannot expect good results. Contractors, get more quality, pay hourly. You know you can do the right thing. 25-50 dollars per hour. Give people raises. Give them a sense of accomplishment.So let it be written, so let it be done...
