I doubt its the term. I could give it to you but he says that any leg he plugs in the power supply shuts off. Meaning it would have to be two on that same amp and on different legs. Highly unlikely. My guess is that the input cable is bad and will not support the voltage. Hell it drops 5 v when he just activates the amp itself. It could be the amp though but I put my money on bad cable on input, granted it was working before with no changes to the original design on the power.
