Drop Replacements NW Ohio/SE Michigan for ICT - NEED TECHS/CREWS!!

3, 2 man crew needed (6 total techs). We will be assigned
300-500 drops per week. Start ASAP!!

We can work a deal for someone to solely staff and run this
project if anyone is interested in that.

Drop replacement techs will be responsible for replacing
active sub and non-sub drops. Work is outside the customer's
home only. This job will include systematically installing
new drop lines by node from the utility poles or ped boxes to
the subscriber home, and proper grounding of these drops. The
work is by node, so the drop replacements will be pole by
pole, one block at a time. Customer contact will be very
minimal, but some customer service skills will be required.
Strong record keeping skills are required, you will also need
to be able lift up to 90 lbs., and climb ladders or gaff to
