compassion is great in moderation. At least until your compassion gets taken for granted and taken advantage of. I have compassion but I am not a fool and open my eyes to what is wrong. I don't want to discontinue helping people just he ones who don't give a damn and just want everything handed to them. The ones who don't want to work. The ones who will sit at home, watch cartoons, but and smoke packs of cigarettes and use drugs. I was poor. I have seen this all too many times. yes compassion is needed and great but don't think emotion is the only thing we need to run this country.
