TB Consulting / Satellite Specialists pay problems

Just a heads up about TB consulting AKA Satellite Specialists. If anyone on here is looking to go to work for them, they have some serious pay issues. They have a contract that you need to sign that is 20 some pages long. It states that they will hold 3 weeks of your pay. I worked for them for quite some time and didn't have any problems with pay. Now all the sudden, they are making excuses like "DSI hasn't paid us, so we can't pay you" and "Don in accounting has been sick, so we aren't sending checks out this week". If anyone else has had problems, please post and share what you have done to get paid by them.
