Just my two cents , look before you leap , alot of cut throats thieves , hacks and ghost billers go to storm damage. Ask here before you consider who you are going to work for. Make sure who ever you choose has enough supplies to keep you busy . It usally takes a week to ten days to acess the damage from a major storm. Work from a big one could be 90 days of cost plus . They try to wrap it up quicker on cost plus and go back to a piece rate . Just depends on how bad it is . Could be years of work if everything is wiped out . Alot of things to consider ,but the main thing to remember is look before you leap. Hope this helps.
