I saw that.
One "senior tech" I think of would take new guys for at least two weeks and have them dig in drops from a sat pole to the ground block (Almost every Pstar went on a pole with two bags)...........Guys would quit after a week of just digging....mgmt would just issue him another "digger". I was able to go around him because of prior CATV experience.
Training experiences should be meaningful.
