Re: Training vs. Ride a long


I like classroom, followed by ride along, followed by nothing but service calls until they can fix anything you through at them. By learning how the practices of others can lead to future service issues goes a long way towards one's development in their career. Nothing beats doing a service call and seeing how the original installer screwed up the install and that led to you the service tech going out there.
