I wouldnt let new bees out of the gate untill they did a route for a few days with a installer watching. The installer should set in the truck right befor the grenney is set free and at the end of the job wolk it out. Many installers can set in a class all day but fall right on there face. THEN someone has to take up the extra work because of bad training... anyway.
