Re: Never Judge

Seen similar in Bloomington, IN, a guy would stand in the center of the traffic on a divider on Friday evenings with a sign saying " Will work for food," while at a light on more than 1 occasion I saw him drinking a big gulp and counting out a roll of bills, and people kept stopping and handing him their hard earned money.. Can't fix stupid!!!
