Sounds like the guy is a dealer. Watch for cars all hours of the night, etc. Soon the blinds will be messed up from them constantly peeking outside to see who's out there.
Get an alarm system, check your insurance coverage, refresh your gun collection, make sure the lady can shoot straight too.
Sometimes you don't gotta go looking for trouble, trouble has a way of finding you sometimes.
