All maintainace is done in-house.
As for construction ... I believe there are only 2 or 3 companies out here doing construction. You can call 702-383-4000 .... navigate your way thru to the billing department. Ask them to have a Construction Field Supervisor call you. I'm sure they would be more than happy to put you in contact with their construction partners.
Nice thing about Las Vegas is that it's a very transparent system when it comes to the MSO/Prime relationship. Granted .... The CFS might not share any info other than phone numbers for you to contact. I wouldn't probe into "who's better than the others" type stuff. They won't really share that personal info.
