I thought you may have done some cable internet installs yourself

say you do a Comcast hsi(internet) install
you have two options from my experience
1 insert comcast config/setup disk to get most of the configuration done
2 get online -and most of the time it will outomaticaly go to the Comcast home page

before you do any of this the normal obviouse stuff needs to be done....setings...blah blah blah
