Re: swm for dtv

the last I heard, which was several weeks ago, they will be handed out on a "as needed" basis. The need will not include a simple DVR upgrade or install. They are to be used in installs of 5 IRDs or more that include DVRs. Of course that was several weeks ago, I'm sure things have changed at least 4 or 5 times since then.
