it happens
MANY break the law ....not much can be done except protect yourself
did they qc guy change the standards and not inform anyone?
change it then apply the new standard to old jobs?
did you know what you where talking about
I have supervised many and these are the things that a guy that does his job will look at first before making judgments

go strait to the horses mouth...ask questions
get confirmations
then decide what to do

many sups these days only have an inflated ego and only care about how brown their nose can be by days end
