FC13 ... It's called "frustration". There is a whole generation of workers that have a false sense of "entitlement". That the world owes them an easy path. It's called "Work" for a reason.
If you are working as an entry level tech, you don't get to drive the train or run the engine.
Too many of these slacker kids enter the work environement in entry level positions and think they get to run the company or think they have a say in how the company runs.
When they don't like their job ...they whine and bitch to the supervisor or owner thinking that the company HAS to make the work easier OR .... they want the quality standards to change to THEIR liking.
I'm just sick of that "entitlement" mentality.
Like I've already stated: You don't like your job? Change your location or vocation.
The world is not going to change for you.
