The digital transition spoke of by the government in February only effects people with off air antennas. I don't understand all the confusion.
So what you are saying is that large cable operators are using this confusion to their convenience, probably propelled by greed to make people take their digital boxes? Sounds like a class action law suit to me......when the dust settles. https://www.dtv2009.gov/FAQ.aspx
