may I add they (prime Y)aren't insisting that I "go where they have the need/work" while being a large prime(X) that covers 2+ states on the west coast
and are offering more $$$$

====== more time with my family and more $ in my pocket
only down side is it is still nothing compared to what I would prefer to make(provided I were willing to leave the state)
the goal is STILL to make more and I am not yet willing to compromise
