I haven't to date sent a rejection letter to a prospective employer
I am now considering doing so
any suggestions on how / including wording????
I do not wish to rub it in anyones face
just say thanx but another has beat you to it and made a better offer
while still keeping the door open as a future prospective employer
I only wish to go where I am treated with the respect I earn AND the pay I deserve
without having to wait forever for answers....before and after the hire
the mso/prime I will be directing this to knows of my honesty, integrity, hard and steady work ethic, work load capacity, and leadership qualities...
