Satellite Feed Audio Sinc off

We've got a C-Band 3.1meter dish receiving 2 channels for broadcast. What would cause the audio and video to be off sinc. Seems after about 45 minutes of running the IRD we start to loose sinc. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
