Sorry for your accident. Your ladder snapped in half it was only one of two things, Ladder malfunction, or OE.
You need to sue the ladder co for damages, lost work and pain and suffering. You will have to Prove ladder malfunction.
These guys were just asking the same questions the ladder co lawyers will drill you about.
All ladders are made pretty well, you could have a lemon.
It depends on what type of ladder, what class ladder, and what you were doing with it for us to help you out with your problems with the werner ladders.
I didn't see any cute or smart a** answers to your post.
