The Garmin nuvis are great. The 260 has text-to-speech for street names so instead of (200 model) "In 500ft. turn right" the 260 says "In 500ft. turn right onto Jackson Drive". Both show street names on-screen. The "w" models are widescreen, which you'd think would be better but it actually doesn't add a significant amount of info while blocking a bit more of your vision when mounted on the windshield. The 260 has a points-of-interest database (nearest hotels, gas stations, etc.) which is really nice to have when travelling. I don't know if the 200 has that. I recently upgraded from an old Magellan to a nuvi 260 and it was like going from TV in 1960 to HDTV home theater today.
