Cox Tucson Splicing

Has anyone worked in Tucson over the last year? Did it take you forever and a day to get Paid? Not sure if it's a Cox issue or just the Prime we're working for...We are getting the run around. I think Phoenix has the same issues? Lots of promises and no substance.. Would love to hear some feedback
