If you are looking for work as an employee at an MSO, then go to broadbandcareers.com and put your resume in there for free, for whatever good it will do you. If you're a contractor there's an ad section on this site free for members but otherwise around $10.
Now some advice: if you are looking for work, any work, forget the ads and START MAKING CONTACTS. Get to know people and you'll get to know when/where jobs are opening before they get to HR. Many times jobs will be filled by the time job notices go out! This forum is a great place to start networking, as are SCTE meetings and the national shows (just missed the annual SCTE in June tho.)
