Marcus: I'm not sure who provides you with the WB work but, I've fixed many installs such as this and have been rewarded with the original installer's pay as long as I have submitted such documentation as you have here. Just a note: the dithering bolt for azimuth was correct. Both nuts were on the right, locking down the adjusment bolt. I'd delete those particular pics before submitting it for back charge. The rest of the stuff? I've only installed one WB on a house, the other 100+ are all on poles. (Same with DTV KAKU dishes) PM me if you want a very successful pitch to convince the customer to purchase a pole without pissing them off.
