Re: fix


I feel bad when the roll of the dice sends a customer a bad installer also. But I like my family more and until the master contractor does something to pay me for my time I will not lift a finger. I try very hard to make the customer understand that I do not get paid for the fix. I have had folks cut me a check for my time cause I have been the third tech out there. I do feel for the customer but we are the only ones that can change the industry.
