If Cox pays good, I would hate to see bad pay. I've had 2 pay cuts in the last 3 years. I will agree that they paid good 3 years ago. It's amazing how a few cents here and there affect you in the end. Most lines of work, the better you get, the more you make. With me it's vice versa, the better I get, the lower they drop wages. Oh well, it was just more to squander anyways. (wild girls and wild turkey)
