Well, now, don't forget the fact that Charter and Comcast have now outsourced their customer service sites to Mexico and India...

That would be for cheaper labor, and decrease in overhead - but when is the last time you saw a decrease in your cable bill??

And I spend twice as long on the phone because I can't understand these jokers.
